Lynn Reed,
the firm’s principal and president, has extensive experience working with senior management to develop and implement
strategies for improving the performance and the productivity of the
organization.
Lynn is adept at
working with teams in cross-functional, cross-location,
multi-cultural and multi-national environments. He has been
instrumental in changing the culture of organizations by
implementing tools and techniques to help people become more
adaptive to change, better team leaders and team members, more
effective communicators, better problem solvers, and more creative
and stronger leaders.

Lynn has over 25 years’ experience in
the financial services industry, in both line and support roles.
He spent the major portion of his career at JP Morgan in New York,
including a five-year assignment in the London Office as the Head of
Leadership and Organizational Development for JP Morgan Europe.
He has directly supported managers in areas such as: Technology,
Operations, Financial, Human Resources, Audit, Credit, Investment
Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Private Banking, M&A,
Futures and Options, and Markets Sales and Trading for fixed income, equities
and foreign exchange instruments.
Lynn holds an MBA from New York
University, with concentrations in Management Information Systems,
Organizational Behavior and Accounting. He has completed two
post-graduate programs in Human Resources Management and
Organizational Development at Columbia University.
Lynn is a master
at applying the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator
in team building, leadership development and coaching
applications. He is a qualified master trainer in Edward de Bono’s Six
Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking courses and
certified in Price Pritchett’s High Velocity Culture Change and
Culture Shift seminars. He has personally delivered
these programs to several thousand managers and professionals
globally. Most recently, Lynn became certified in the
Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument.

dynamics is second to none. His unique style of delivery combines a
bottom line focus, rapid pace, high energy level and strong sense of
humor to get the job done. Lynn has been interviewed and quoted as
an expert in group dynamics by various publications, including
The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine and
